Program description

Aspendora Technologies, LLC operates a customer care text messaging program. Messages are conversational and service-related, and include replies to your inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, support updates, and notifications about outages affecting your services. If you have separately opted in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional promotional messages.

How to opt in

You may opt in by checking the consent box at https://text.aspendora.com/opt-in, by texting us first, or by giving explicit verbal or written consent to a member of our team. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Aspendora does not charge for the messages themselves; charges depend on your wireless plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message, after which we will send no further messages. You may rejoin at any time by opting in again.

Supported carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.

Use of This Website

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit another person's contact details without their permission, or submit automated or fraudulent form entries.
