SMS / Text Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile number and give consent, Aspendora Technologies, LLC may send you text messages relating to your inquiry, appointments, service and support matters, and outages affecting your services. Specifically:

• How we obtain consent. You opt in by checking the consent box on our web form at https://text.aspendora.com/opt-in, by sending us a text message first, or by giving explicit verbal or written consent to a member of our team. The consent box is never pre-checked.
• What we record. When you opt in we store your name, mobile number, the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time, and the IP address of the device used. We keep this as proof of consent, as required by carriers and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• Who we share it with. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties, affiliates, data brokers or advertisers. We share it only with the licensed messaging provider that delivers our texts, and only so that the message can be sent to you.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation, then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@aspendora.com or (346) 488-6716.
• Retention. We retain consent and opt-out records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance, and delete them on request where the law allows.
• Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us, which may include:

• Names, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses and job titles
• Contact and communication preferences, including SMS consent
• Information you provide when requesting support or a quote
• Payment data, where you purchase services from us
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• To schedule and confirm appointments
• To notify you of outages or issues affecting your services
• To deliver, maintain and improve the services you have engaged us for
• To send administrative and billing information
• To comply with our legal obligations and demonstrate messaging consent
• To send marketing communications — only where you have separately opted in, and you may withdraw that consent at any time

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example our messaging provider, ticketing system and payment processor), under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
